ACTU - Corneille et Charlie Wilson nommés aux Soul Train Music Awards

L'un est francophone, l'autre produit en France... Corneille et Charlie Wilson sont tous deux nommés aux Soul Train Music Awards, la grande cérémonie qui récompense chaque année les meilleurs artistes soul et R&B aux USA. Corneille, qui vient de sortir son dernier album en français Sans titre , concourt dans la catégorie "Centric Award - Soul approved/underground". Le chanteur sort également cet automne son 1er album en anglais The Birth of Cornelius, sur le mythique label Motown. Charlie Winston, Anglais installé à Paris, a sorti son premier album Hobo sur le label français Atmosphériques. Il est nommé dans la catégorie "Meilleur artiste R&B/Soul" aux côtés de Maxwell, Musiq Soulchild, Raphael Saadiq et Robin Thicke ... rien que ça ! Par ailleurs, l'award posthume de "l'Entertainer de l'année" sera décerné à Michael Jackson . La cérémonie se déroulera le 3 novembre prochain à Atlanta.
